Evening primrose oil (EPO) is a rich source of natural essential fatty acids (Linoleic and Gamma Linoleic Acids). Encapsulated in a cold-pressed, hexane-free softgel to protect the oil from oxidation.

EPO delivers an important omega-6 essential fatty acid (EFA) called Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA is among the omega-6s that are considered the "good fats"- fats that the body uses to produce the hormone-like compounds prostaglandins.
